Orders & shipping

How long will my order take?

We process orders in 1–3 business days. Delivery from our U.S. suppliers then takes about 2–5 business days. Most orders arrive in about 3–8 business days total. See our Shipping Policy.

Why did my order come in more than one box?

Our pieces can ship from different U.S. suppliers, so a multi-item order may arrive in separate packages. You will get tracking for each one, at no extra cost.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Not yet. We ship to U.S. addresses only for now.

Can I change or cancel my order?

email us at ducipont.co@gmail.com as soon as you can. If it has not shipped yet, we can usually change or cancel it.

Returns

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in original packaging. For hygiene, opened eye gels, opened dots and used satin items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged. See Returns & Refunds.

The Moonlit Glow Set

What is in the set?

Five pieces: the Frostkiss Ice Roller, Dawnpetal Eye Gels (50 pairs), Hush Dots (96 count), the Dreamcurl Satin Band and the Moonveil Satin Sleep Set (pillowcase, eye mask and scrunchie).

Is it a good gift?

Yes! It is a cozy self-care gift for friends, sisters, moms and anyone who loves a calm bedtime.

Using the pieces

Will the Dreamcurl Satin Band work on my hair?

It works best on hair that reaches your shoulders or longer. Slightly damp (not wet) hair usually holds the shape best. Every hair type is different, so try a few wraps to find your favorite look.

How do I use the Frostkiss Ice Roller?

Chill it in the fridge for 10–20 minutes, then roll gently over clean skin. It feels cooling and soothing. Please do not put it in the freezer, and stop if anything feels uncomfortable.

How do I use the Dawnpetal Eye Gels?

On clean, dry skin, place one gel under each eye. Relax for 15–20 minutes, then peel off. They are a lovely way to look and feel refreshed. Keep them out of your eyes.

What do Hush Dots do?

Hush Dots are clear hydrocolloid patches that cover and absorb. Put one on a clean, dry spot before bed and peel it off in the morning. They also help you keep your hands off. They are for cosmetic use only and should not go on broken skin.

Is the sleep set real silk?

No. The Moonveil set is made of smooth satin. It glides softly under your hair and skin and is easy to wash.

Are these products safe for sensitive skin?

Everyone’s skin is different. Try a small area first and stop using any product that bothers you. If you have a skin condition, check with your doctor first. Our products are for external cosmetic use only.
