We want you to love your Dewmoire ritual. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Our 30-day return window

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

What can be returned

Unused items in their original packaging, with all parts included.
The Moonlit Glow Set can be returned as a full set. If you used some pieces, see the hygiene note below.

What cannot be returned (for hygiene)

For your health and safety, these items cannot be returned once opened or used, unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Dawnpetal Eye Gels (opened jar)
Hush Dots (opened or used sheets)
Used pillowcases, eye masks, scrunchies and curl bands

Gift cards and items marked “final sale” are not returnable.

How to start a return

email us at ducipont.co@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
Pack the item(s) safely and ship them back. Please use a trackable shipping method.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Our products ship from different suppliers, so returns sent to the wrong place may be delayed or lost.

Return shipping costs

If you are returning because you changed your mind, you pay for return shipping. If we made a mistake, or your item arrived damaged or defective, we cover it.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we will email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it. Original shipping fees are not refunded unless the return is because of our error.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

So sorry! email us at ducipont.co@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, and you usually will not need to send the item back.
